BP i Nestle na korporativnim web stranicama redovno objavljuju PR tekstove s novim informacijama koje se ti\u010du konkretnih problema i to im daje, koliku toliku, prednost nad onima koji ih \u017eele na bilo koji na\u010din sprije\u010diti u ostvarenju poslovnih planova.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Korporativna reputacija je vrijednosni sud formiran na osnovu korporativnog identiteta i imagea.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ono \u0161to je zajedni\u010dko velikim korporacijama je strah od online nastupa jer se obra\u0107aju velikom broju ljudi i dovoljna je tek jedna krivo formulirana re\u010denica da se pokrene lavina negativnih komentara. Unutar tog straha kriju se jo\u0161 dva &#8211; prvi koji se ti\u010de nemogu\u0107nosti kontrole pitanja koja im bivaju upu\u0107ena, a drugi se ti\u010de nemogu\u0107nosti izdvajanja pojedinih komentara kako bi se njima pozabavili offline i bez suda ostatka javnosti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ovdje nisu u pitanju samo dru\u0161tvene mre\u017ee kao jedan od elemenata <a title=\"Dru\u0161tveni mediji u brojkama\" href=\"https:\/\/www.informatologija.net\/blog\/3361-drustveni-mediji-u-brojkama\/\" target=\"_blank\">dru\u0161tvenih medija<\/a> nego cijeli spektar njih poput blogova, mikro blog servisa s jedne strane i servisa za dijeljenje audio-video sadr\u017eaja s druge strane. Na tu osnovu nadovezuju se jo\u0161 servisi za izno\u0161enje mi\u0161ljenja o proizvodu ili usluzi poput <a title=\"Tu\u017eibaba\" href=\"https:\/\/tuz.ibaba.org\/hr\/\" target=\"_blank\">iBaba<\/a>, servisi za live streaming itd.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">U zadnje vrijeme daje se naglasak kvalitetnoj korporativnoj komunikaciji te bi se prema tome bez straha i sustavno trebalo raditi i na korporativnoj reputaciji. Bili Vi toga svjesni ili ne, o svim aspektima korporacija kao takvih \u00a0iznose se mi\u0161ljenja, stavovi i zaklju\u010dci neovisno o anga\u017emanu same korporacije. Prema tome bolje se uklju\u010diti na vrijeme i sudjelovati u izgradnji mi\u0161ljenja, stavova i zaklju\u010daka kako na lokalnoj tako i na globalnoj razini. Svojim odnosom <em>kako \u0107emo- lako \u0107emo<\/em> odbijate od sebe i ljude koji su poticaj poslovanju, jer ako oni steknu dojam da Vas nije briga za korporativnu reputaciju za\u0161to bi tek njih bilo briga!? Da, morate krenuti od sebe i svojih zaposlenika. Interna komunikacija kao temelj na koji se nadovezuje strategija online nastupa.\u00a0<a title=\"Koje su obaveze Community Managera?\" href=\"https:\/\/www.informatologija.net\/blog\/3380-obaveze-community-managera\/\" target=\"_blank\">Community Manageri<\/a> neka provode strategiju sastavljenu od strane Reputation Managera.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Korporacije i njihovi brandovi koji se hvataju u ko\u0161tac s negativnim sadr\u017eajem na dru\u0161tvenim medijima te rade na pobolj\u0161anju nedostataka dugoro\u010dno \u0107e profitirati i nastaviti svoj rast. Svaka informacija koju korporacija prona\u0111e na dru\u0161tvenim medijima je va\u017ena, treba ju klasificirati i povremeno vr\u0161iti statisti\u010dka istra\u017eivanja kako bi se vidjelo na koje aspekte poslovanja se ljudi najvi\u0161e \u017eale.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u0160to je potrebno za dobru korporativnu reputaciju?<\/strong> &#8211;<a title=\"\u0160to je potrebno za dobru korporativnu reputaciju?\" href=\"https:\/\/www.link-elearning.com\/dlmaterijali\/materijali\/DLOJ\/SadrzajNJpdf\/OJ_05.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">link<\/a>&#8211;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Uspje\u0161ne korporacije recipro\u010dno rade kako na pozitivnim tako i na negativnim informacijama koje pronalaze na dru\u0161tvenim medijima jer skretanje u pravcu samo jednih od njih stvara iluziju da je sve pozitivno \u0161to se mo\u017ee negativno odraziti na poslovanje u smislu da nismo svjesni nedostataka ili s druge strane da je sve negativno \u0161to dovodi do slabljenja odnosa s teku\u0107im i zadovoljnim potro\u0161a\u010dima i korisnicima.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Na pisanje ovog blog posta potaknula me fotogalerija na Jutarnjem pod naslovom &#8216;13 najgorih kompanija u povijesti&#8216;.
